Returns & Exchanges

At TriggerTech Canada, we want you to be fully satisfied with your fashion purchases. If your items don't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are unworn and have original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original garment tags and labels remain attached to the clothing.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized Canada Post location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
